App is great and has a a lot of functionality. Definitely worth every penny. The only thing that bothers me and prevents this from being 5 stars is minor design flaws, like selected a string of text near the top of the screen cuts of the magnifying glass and you cant see where your selection is. Other than that, best python app out there for ipad and you should buy it.
Handy for a student learning programming. It was great until the latest update, now the app wont open.

Some bad moments

Whatever the technical qualities of this product, its a rip off: for every minor revision of the Python language, the developers put another app on the app store that you have to pay full price again. Despicable.
When I was finishing my program in python 3.2, it suddenly freezed and even after rebooting my iPad several times I couldnt retrieve what I wrote. I was forced to reinstall this app, but now I dont think Ill use it again as Im programming in ios python3.3$ app which seemes to be (for now) much more reliable than this one. I am using the most recent ios version on iPad2
I am excited to see this, but at the moment it crashes when I try to paste a large script that I copied from an email into a new script. It would also be great of you could use the iOS "open with" functionality to open a py script in mail with the python editor.
while( iOS device == on ): CRASH I really wanted this app to work since I like to use Python for simple programs and dont always carry my laptop with me. The first ( and second, third, ... ) time I tried to open the app, it immediately crashed. I dont even know what the interface looks like. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS APP !!! Python is a great tool. This app is not !
Crashes as soon as you open it with the latest update. Appalling they actually submitted this.
This app works fine with an iPad 2 (iOS 6). Great program/tool.
